Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge to customers
- Proficiency in computer software and hardware, with experience using customer service platforms
- A high-speed internet connection (>25mbps) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
