As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment, working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities:

* Inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service experiences

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues
  • Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and adaptability
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns and issues
  • Time and task management, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions

Qualifications:

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates

Preferred Experience:

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

* Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.50 Hourly
