Job Summary

As a Bilingual Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online reports. You'll be responsible for providing professional and efficient communication, processing claims, and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner. Key Responsibilities

* Manage large quantities of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service to insureds, claimants, attorneys, and other callers.

  • Input new claims into the claims system, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Identify callers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and resolve calls if appropriate, escalating to adjusters when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist claims management with various tasks and projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Handle claims department emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Assist and back up other customer service representatives as needed, ensuring seamless coverage and support.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Handle inbound mail, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management, contributing to the success of the team.

Essential Qualifications

* Bilingual (Spanish required)

  • Prior auto insurance experience preferred
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, efficient typist.
  • Experience in customer service: 1 year (required)
  • Experience in auto insurance: 1 year (required)

* Experience in claims handling or customer service in the auto insurance industry

  • Strong knowledge of claims handling procedures and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities

As a Bilingual Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll receive a competitive salary of $17.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
