Key Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through:

  • Inbound and outbound calls, providing technical support and managing customer accounts
  • Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Creative problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing projects and updates
  • Time and task management, multitasking, and task prioritization
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home and self-motivated with a success-driven attitude
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (not compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites, Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders)

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, are also highly valued.
