What You Will Do:

As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing seamless customer experiences through phone, email, and calls. Your primary objectives will be to:

• Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

What You Will Bring:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Understanding and empathizing with people, with a problem-solving mentality
• Prior experience in customer support or claims and consumer complaints is an asset
• Exceptional communication and soft skills, with a results-driven approach to problem-solving
• Computer knowledge, with good proficiency in MS programs
