Responsibilities

As an Experienced Roadside Assistance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls for roadside assistance and service requests from customers, providing empathetic and solution-focused support to resolve their needs efficiently.
  • Making outbound calls to service providers to secure towing assistance, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Managing alerts and handling cases until completion, including status updates for existing cases, to maintain transparency and trust with our customers.
  • Communicating with customers, service providers, and partners to keep them informed throughout the process, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective resolution.
  • Negotiating with service providers to ensure they have the correct equipment to assist customers, guaranteeing that our customers receive the best possible support.
  • Updating customers with estimated time of arrival (ETA) for assistance, providing clear and concise communication to manage expectations.
