Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving payment collection issues, and driving success in a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues

  • Provide knowledgeable and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and resolution-focused experience
  • Collaborate with managers to receive feedback and guidance on improving performance and achieving goals
  • Utilize scripted customer feedback to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including notes and communication history

Essential Qualifications

* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; GED acceptable
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home
  • Ability to work a standard keyboard and navigate software applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in retail, sales, or wait staff roles, with a background in customer service and conflict resolution

  • Familiarity with payment collection processes and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working in a virtual team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
