Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, following up with clients, and providing personalized support to ensure they understand their benefits and available options. Key Responsibilities

* Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure they understand their benefits and available options

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service and sales experience is highly desirable

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a desire to take on new responsibilities and challenges

  • Knowledge of benefits and insurance products, including health, life, and retirement plans
