Key Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and providing technical support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support via phone, email, and online chat
  • Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes
  • High level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or CRM systems and practices is a plus. Fluency in Spanish is also a significant advantage, as you'll be working with customers who require support in this language.

Compensation and Benefits
