The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chatbot Specialist to help us scale our Closebot V2 and GoHighLevel (GHL) projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and optimizing chatbots, setting up and maintaining workflows, and connecting bots across multiple platforms. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our future chatbot capabilities and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and optimize chatbots in Closebot V2 and GHL

• Set up and maintain workflows to ensure seamless integration across multiple platforms
• Connect bots across Yelp, Facebook, website, and SMS to create a unified customer experience
• Test every chatbot before delivery to ensure high-quality results
• Develop a scalable process to roll out bots across multiple home service clients and industries
• Collaborate with our internal team through short, focused meetings (2-3 times per week) to ensure alignment and progress

Tools and Technologies

* GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Closebot V2
• Twilio
• Zapier
• GHL Calendar or comparable scheduling tools
• BONUS: n8n & Make.com (if applicable)

Ideal Experience and Qualifications

* Strong understanding of Closebot V2 and GHL, with proof of experience

• Experience integrating chat workflows with APIs, Facebook Messenger, websites, and SMS
• Proven ability to build logic-based workflows, lead capture systems, and tagging structures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative

• Contract type: Hourly
• Long-term opportunity: Yes, based on performance during the first 1-3 weeks of performance

• Collaboration-focused, but you should be able to take initiative and own the work
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role
