Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across a variety of industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creative problem-solving to address customer needs and concerns
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Virtual Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills
  • Strong customer service and written communication skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. Our programs offer varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:
  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
  • Pass a background and credit check (a $45 processing fee will be required)
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Meet any additional requirements for specific programs

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to meet specific metrics requirements to maintain eligibility. These requirements may include:
  • Providing services above posted minimum standards
  • Meeting specific call volume or quality targets
  • Completing training or certification programs

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. Our clients' call availability will vary, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
