Daily Responsibilities

As a Behavioral Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for handling inbound behavioral calls regarding benefits eligibility/claims status, responding to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner, and providing assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound behavioral calls regarding benefits eligibility/claims status
  • Responding to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Responding to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers within established timeframes utilizing current reference materials and available resources
  • Providing assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 1 year of healthcare call center experience
  • Behavioral/Crisis call experience

Pay and Schedule

* Pay: $19.00 per hour (fixed rate)

  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 10:30 am- 8:30 pm CST (30 min lunch, 2 15 min breaks)
  • Potential for 1 rotating Saturday shift per month during the busy season
