Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a full-time, seasonal role that offers a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage customer accounts, including application data entry and online chat inquiries
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions

Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Spanish Bilingual, with a high level of proficiency in both speaking and writing
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with limited English proficiency

Compensation and Benefits

* Salary: $17.00 - $18.50 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications
