Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time AI Integration Specialist. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for long-term employment. As an AI Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and recommending suitable AI tools and integrations, developing and integrating AI chatbots and virtual agents, and implementing AI automation solutions for website processes. Responsibilities:
As an AI Integration Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including:
- Researching and recommending suitable AI tools and integrations to enhance website functionality and user experience
- Developing and integrating AI chatbots and virtual agents to provide personalized support and automation
- Implementing AI automation solutions for website processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of AI-powered features
- Collaborating closely with our internal team to align deliverables with business goals and objectives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience with AI tools, APIs, chatbots, and virtual agents (e.g., OpenAI, Dialogflow, GPT-based agents, etc.)
- Strong technical knowledge of web integrations and APIs, with experience working with websites (WordPress, Shopify, or custom-built sites preferred)
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results, with excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working with websites, APIs, and AI tools, with a strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
Preferred Skills:
While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Previous experience working in customer support automation, with a strong understanding of CRM and helpdesk integrations
- Familiarity with AI trends and latest technologies, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS or Google Cloud
