Work Location and Schedule

This is a remote role, and you must reside in Georgia. arenaflex is a blended work culture where everyone, regardless of work type or location, feels connected to their teammates, our culture, and our mission. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with the following part-time shifts:

  • Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (22 hours/week)
  • Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (22 hours/week)
  • Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM (12 hours/week)
  • Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (15 hours/week)

Pay Transparency and Benefits

The base pay for this role is $19.00 per hour. You are also eligible for select employee benefits and vacation accrual of up to 64 hours per year. arenaflex is committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package that includes:

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the current processes, procedures, and tools associated with the arenaflex business model
  • Working with members, brokers, providers, and arenaflex vendors through multiple channels according to assignment needs
  • Managing an assigned caseload, maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations
  • Forming working relationships with all partners
  • Supporting the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation pathways
  • Monitoring and tracking the health of all assigned work-in-progress issues
  • Escalating and resolving issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times
  • Participating in process improvement projects
  • Complying with all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI)
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting
  • 1+ years of healthcare experience
  • High school diploma or GED

Bonus Points

  • Strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on identifying or solving problems
  • Experience manipulating and entering accurate data
  • Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities
