Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing EZLynx implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Identifying and managing customer expectations, developing project plans, and communicating project status to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product development, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Troubleshooting product issues, providing technical support, and escalating complex problems to relevant teams
  • Establishing credibility with clients at various levels through industry, product, and technical knowledge
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Analyzing project data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to optimize project outcomes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for product issues, with the ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to establish credibility with clients at various levels through industry, product, and technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication (oral, written, interpersonal) skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
