The Role

As a Customer Success Sales Executive at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and retention in our global B2B SaaS ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Re-engaging with past and inactive Advisory clients to rekindle their interest in our products and services
  • Managing existing Advisory clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and success
  • Presenting our products and services to new customers, highlighting their value and benefits
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Native-level German and full professional proficiency in English (C1)
  • 3+ years of experience in a full sales cycle position, with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of the best sales techniques for professionally dealing with objections, negotiating, creating proposals, and successful deal closure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
