What do you do?

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional service to our Dutch and Belgian customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Helping customers find the right product and service by proactively assisting them online and offline.
• Practicing our core value of "Think like a customer" to ensure that every interaction is personalized and satisfying.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• A professional level of English and Dutch, both verbally and written.
• A Bachelor degree or academic level.
• A customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment while interacting with customers.
• A dynamic and flexible personality, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
• A team player mentality, with a strong desire to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to our team's success.
• A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think creatively and resolve problems effectively.
• Experience in Customer Service or with Adobe InDesign skills is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate or already be based in Valencia.
