Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Agent - Spanish Speaking, your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting both Spanish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone * Collaborating with your team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and meet other key performance indicators (KPIs) * Translating promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language * Managing customer accounts efficiently * Adhering to company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming What's in it for me?
