As a Sales Customer Expert, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Your Responsibilities As a Sales Customer Expert, your key responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined Qualifications We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications: * 6 months of sales customer service experience minimum * Bilingual - Spanish and English * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * 6 months of call center experience, preferred * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills * 6 months of sales experience minimum * Ability to work independently * Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment * Ability to stay composed and objective * Strong listening skills * Superior negotiating skills Work from Home Requirements To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require: * Internet Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN + Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace Be Part of Our arenaflex Family At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and conducive to happiness and a healthy work-life balance.
