Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing top-notch support to ensure their complete satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities

  • Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and arenaflex products/services to provide informed sales and support
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* Experience in a remote sales or customer-facing role

  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as salesforce.com or HubSpot
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market analysis
