Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer interactions, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide feedback, and drive team success
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar organization

  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain high levels of productivity
