Position Overview

We're looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our clients via high-volume inbound phone calls. As a Part-Time Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering clear and accurate information about services, policies, and procedures, while showcasing empathy and professionalism in every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via high-volume inbound phone calls, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and resolution-focused.

  • Deliver clear and accurate information about services, policies, and procedures, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Exhibit empathy and professionalism in every customer interaction, building trust and rapport with clients to drive long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain digital records, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Fluency in both Spanish and English

(spoken and written): You'll be working with clients who speak Spanish, so it's essential that you're fluent in both languages to provide seamless support.

  • Resident of New York State: We're looking for candidates who are based in New York State, as this role is remote and requires a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.: Unfortunately, we're unable to sponsor visas for this role, so you'll need to be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work permit.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection: As this role is remote, you'll need a stable and fast internet connection to ensure seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to provide 1–2 professional references: We'll need to verify your work experience and skills, so please be prepared to provide professional references.
  • Available to begin Monday, July 28: We're looking for candidates who can start on this date, so please ensure you're available to begin work on this day.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Part-Time Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll receive:
