Experienced Customer Success Associate – Nuuly Temporary, Part-Time Position (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, PM Shift 2 PM - 10 PM EST)

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a successful brand.

Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
  • Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
  • Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
  • Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day (minimum of 70 interactions per shift)

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
  • Access to consistently stable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle industry
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
