Job Summary

As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will work closely with our front-end pharmacy technician team to provide exceptional customer service, data entry, and processing support. You will be responsible for leading and supporting the team, troubleshooting and resolving workflow issues, and partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. Day in the Life

As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:

• Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
• Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
• Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
• Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
• Providing exceptional customer service to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers
• Entering orders, working alongside the pharmacist to ensure accuracy, and processing support tasks

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification

Education

A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.

Expected Salary

The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $18.50 Maximum: $34.60 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
