The Role

As our first Customer Success Manager, you'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with our Support and Sales teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You'll be responsible for:

  • Upsells and Retention: You'll focus on growth and happiness within our existing account base, driving renewals and expansion through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Key Account Management: You'll handle all accounts above a certain MRR threshold, developing strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and proactively addressing their concerns.
  • Onboarding Calls: For new customers on Professional tiers and above, you'll deliver thorough, friendly onboarding sessions to ensure they get value fast.
  • Support for Priority Accounts: You'll provide support for accounts with a dedicated CSM, serving as the first point of contact for priority issues.
  • arenaflex Expertise: You'll master our workspace setup, customization, and automations, ensuring our customers can leverage every feature we offer.
  • Supporting Other Areas: You'll be comfortable wearing different hats to keep things running smoothly, whether it's giving a sales demo or responding to priority support tickets.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager who:

  • Has a Proven Track Record: You have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Success Manager role (or similar) and can point to real results you've driven.
  • Is Customer-Centric: You love building relationships, solving problems, and advocating for customers internally.
  • Is Tech-Savvy: You can pick up new tools quickly and are excited to dive into the world of arenaflex's apps and advanced configurations.
  • Is Scrappy: You enjoy figuring out what needs to be done, even if it's not strictly in your job description, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Cares About Outcomes: You measure your success by renewals, account growth, and overall customer satisfaction, not just checkboxes on a to-do list.
  • Is Passionate About Entrepreneurship and Small Business: You genuinely care about helping small businesses succeed and love empowering entrepreneurs to thrive.
  • Thrives in In-Person Environments: You love working in person and believe that building a strong culture happens face-to-face.
