About Ada Accelerate

Ada Accelerate is arenaflex's Customer Success program for 1:many support, targeted interventions, and data-driven insights to grow and retain SMB/MME customers at scale. Our goal is to empower businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences through our AI-powered platform and services. As a Customer Solutions Consultant on our Ada Accelerate team, you'll be responsible for ensuring alignment with the customer's goals after implementation and driving value realization from our platform and services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Consultant on our Ada Accelerate team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Onboarding and Success: Ensure seamless onboarding and successful adoption of our platform and services, aligning with the customer's goals and objectives.
  • Relationship Value Management: Prioritize and manage a scaled book of business, driving relationship value and growth through targeted interventions and data-driven insights.
  • Self-Service Enablement: Focus on enabling customers to derive maximum value from our platform and services, with an emphasis on self-service capabilities and automation.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic partnerships and drive business outcomes through our AI-powered customer service platform.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to drive growth, retention, and value realization.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field

* Proven track record of driving growth, retention, and value realization in a customer-facing role *

Strong understanding of AI-powered customer service platforms and their applications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
