Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Legal Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a keen eye for identifying top-tier candidates. If you are a skilled communicator with a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment processes and best practices to hiring teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with legal, technical, and executive recruiting.
  • Strong research skills to identify top talent in the market.
  • Ability to leverage various recruitment tools and platforms effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of talent management principles and human resources practices.
