Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Legal Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a keen eye for identifying top-tier candidates. If you are a skilled communicator with a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide guidance on recruitment processes and best practices to hiring teams.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with legal, technical, and executive recruiting.
- Strong research skills to identify top talent in the market.
- Ability to leverage various recruitment tools and platforms effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of talent management principles and human resources practices.
