About the Role

As an Experienced Customer Enablement Partner at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of programs designed to onboard and educate our customers. You will work closely with senior team members to create valuable resources, deliver training, and help ensure that customers have a smooth transition to our products or services. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer success and looking to grow their skills in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the design and improvement of customer onboarding programs to align with customer needs and business goals
  • Developing enablement materials, including guides, tutorials, and training resources
  • Conducting enablement sessions for new customers to introduce them to product features, functionalities, and best practices
  • Collaborating with product teams to stay updated on new features and incorporate them into training programs
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and video tutorials
  • Developing a knowledge base to empower customers to self-serve and troubleshoot common issues
  • Communicating proactively with customers to clearly understand the onboarding process and available resources
  • Providing timely updates on product enhancements, training opportunities, and relevant information
  • Gathering customer feedback on onboarding processes and training programs
  • Using customer insights to make continuous improvements to the onboarding experience
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and ongoing support
  • Liaising with product teams to understand the product roadmap and relay customer feedback
  • Analyzing data to track customer progress, engagement with training materials, and overall satisfaction

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in customer onboarding, training, or enablement

  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in or supporting K–12 education environments

Education & Certifications

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits

The below annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Transparency Range: $51,500—$113,300 USD
