As a key member of our Strategy & Revenue Operations team, the Director of Operations and Customer Intelligence will play a critical role in scaling our revenue engine by driving operational excellence across Business Development (BD), Sales, and Customer Success (CS) functions. Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Operations and Customer Intelligence, you'll be responsible for leading and growing a high-performing team of Customer Success, Business Development, and Sales professionals. Your primary focus will be on driving operational excellence across these functions, ensuring seamless execution of our revenue-generating strategies. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of AI-powered workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our revenue operations.
  • Leading experiments and pilots around higher-touch customer engagement models to better support and grow our professional customer base.
  • Identifying opportunities to integrate and deploy AI across operational workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards to drive insights that guide executive decision-making on growth, retention, and product strategies.
  • Analyzing customer behavior, health metrics, and feedback to identify clear recommendations on investment areas and new opportunities to better support and expand our customer base.

Customer Intelligence & Strategic Insights

As a key member of our Strategy & Revenue Operations team, you'll be responsible for synthesizing frontline team insights into actionable, cohesive perspectives on the health of our user base. You'll analyze customer behavior, health metrics, and feedback to identify clear recommendations on investment areas and new opportunities to better support and expand our customer base. Your expertise will be critical in driving strategic decisions that align with our company's mission and vision.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you'll also be responsible for:

  • Supporting both self-service and outbound customer acquisition and expansion motions through Product-Led Growth (PLG) expertise.
  • Overseeing the administration, optimization, and innovation of core sales and customer success systems.
  • Ensuring efficient deal structuring, pricing, and contracting practices that maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Establishing and maintaining OKRs to measure team effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency of the revenue operations team.

Required Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 12+ years of experience in operations roles across sales or CS functions.
  • Proven success leading, operating, and coaching global, remote-first teams across several time zones.
  • Deep experience supporting operations as an individual contributor (e.g., sales operations, strategy operations, marketing operations).
  • Track record of building and scaling revenue operations functions in high-growth B2C SaaS environments (ideally with experience in B2B).
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across qualitative and quantitative data to understand user sentiment, values, and behaviors.

Bonus Points

While not required, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:

  • Hands-on experience with AI deployment across operational workflows.
  • Prior consulting experience, with a focus on operational strategy, revenue operations, or customer success.

$128,000—$209,000 USD

New York Pay Range:

$128,000—$233,000 USD

Washington Pay Range:

$128,000—$222,000 USD

Illinois Pay Range:
