Responsibilities

As an Online Research Participant and Customer Service Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
• Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide valuable insights and feedback
• Using products and services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
• Demonstrating a willingness to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• Following oral and written instructions, and being able to read and understand them
• Working independently, with minimal supervision
• Participating in online or in-person discussions, as preferred
• Reviewing and using new products or services before they are launched to the public
• Providing honest feedback on products and services in exchange for free samples and other benefits

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
• Access to a reliable internet connection
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to work independently and follow instructions
• A willingness to participate in online or in-person discussions
• No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential
