Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your primary task will be to assist existing customers in getting the most out of our platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining regular contact with current customers and having quarterly/regular calls with them to check in
  • Guiding customers on using our products and services
  • Collaborating with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for expansion
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and communicating technical concepts clearly
  • Contributing to the business by helping with technical documentation, sales support, or other areas as time allows

Side Projects and Professional Growth

When not directly engaged with existing customers, you'll also be working on side projects designed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our customer success efforts. These projects will help you develop new skills, take ownership of your work, and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Some examples of side projects you might work on include:

  • Designing new onboarding workflows
  • Creating new user guides and documentation
  • Enhancing or creating drip email campaigns and email copy to improve user engagement and conversion
  • Creating training videos
  • Hosting webinars for current and prospective customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our platform
  • And more!

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Experience in a customer success or account management role
  • Technical aptitude: You confidently consider yourself tech-savvy and can quickly and thoroughly learn new software products and explain technical concepts to customers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with or interest in using AI tools
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Advanced English, both written and verbal communication

  • Experience with FinTech or Commercial Finance
