Job Summary
As a Full-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and familiarity with spreadsheet software. You should be proficient in data compilation and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
* Prepare source data for entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Secure information by completing database backups.
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a data entry specialist (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Data Entry Certification or a relevant field is a plus.
