Position Objective

As a Live Chat Specialist, your primary goal is to engage with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in online conversations with customers via chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our clients' products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers via chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic internet and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
