Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including terminal activities, to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to our guests, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience

  • Work closely with our internal teams, including terminal activities, to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve customer experience and efficiency
  • Collaborate with our quality assurance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including terminal operators, to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Provide training and support to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our customer experience remains exceptional

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, customer service, or business administration

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the travel industry
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid passport, as this role may require international travel
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, push heavy carts, and use equipment in a warehouse setting

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a customer support role

  • Knowledge of Disney Voyage Line systems, including DXP, Seaware, and Fidelio
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerApps/Power Automate
  • Knowledge of migration strategy and procedures, including those related to areas Disney Voyage Line sails from
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
