Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of driving business growth through data-driven insights. As a Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our content team to apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets. Your expertise will help us identify new opportunities, optimize our content portfolio, and inform strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions

• Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and new content opportunities
• Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and key navigation
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and design principles
