Position Overview
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
- Providing appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting services
- Utilizing your excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
- Demonstrating a working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
- Adapting to a fast-changing environment and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Collaborating with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
- Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to work independently in a quiet workspace
- Own a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook)
- Webcam
- Internet access
