Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Section Chief to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for overseeing customer service supervisors and operations, researching and resolving complex customer problems, and managing the design and implementation of technical training programs. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Section Chief at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing customer service supervisors and operations to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Researching and analyzing complex customer problems and resolving them through various communication channels
- Scheduling and evaluating work assignments to ensure efficient operations
- Overseeing the installation of equipment and managing technical training programs
- Managing internal collections and gathering data for collection activity
- Organizing and monitoring lists to determine liens to be filed with outside agencies
- Overseeing the scheduling and follow-up activities associated with administrative hearings
- Planning, conducting, and revising audits to ensure compliance and quality
- Creating audit reports based on documented findings and making recommendations
- Assisting in developing, monitoring budgets, and inventories
- Assigning and overseeing tasks for the merchandising team
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Five years of administrative or customer service-related experience
- Substitutions: Associate's degree may be substituted for up to two years of experience, and Bachelor's degree may be substituted for up to four years of experience
- Previous knowledge or experience with MS Excel, MS Access, SAP, and Asset Works M5 is preferred
- General knowledge of the automotive industry and 18 months of supervisory experience in retail automotive is preferred
- Previous experience performing parts inventory receiving and issuing knowledge is required
