Position Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Aetna Answer Team Consultant, you'll serve as a single point of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries. You'll deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and assistance to clients as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Essential Qualifications:
* Prior call center experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Strong client-facing orientation and exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Capability to develop technical acumen and adapt to new systems and processes
- Experience in use of process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
