With a focus on phone-based customer service, we're seeking a Customer Service Agent who can handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking price quotes, booking reservations, or confirming reservation details
- Utilizing our software to take down customer information and communicate with customers via WhatsApp
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and management, including logging in and out of shifts, and reaching out to the next agent before your shift ends
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and software systems
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in using software and technology to communicate with customers and manage customer information
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts (10pm-5am PST)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
