Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our remote team. With a focus on phone-based customer service, we're seeking a Customer Service Agent who can handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking price quotes, booking reservations, or confirming reservation details
  • Utilizing our software to take down customer information and communicate with customers via WhatsApp
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management, including logging in and out of shifts, and reaching out to the next agent before your shift ends
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and software systems

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using software and technology to communicate with customers and manage customer information
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts (10pm-5am PST)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Familiarity with software and technology used in customer service roles
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive team culture
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
