Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate product information, and contributing to lead generation for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through online chat, responding to their inquiries, and providing accurate product information
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and best practices in customer service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of internet and computer-based systems

Compensation and Perks
