Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support for our ChatGPT platform. You'll work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, develop and implement process improvements, and drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media

  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless handoffs and drive customer acquisition

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a technical or AI-related field

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AI, machine learning, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
