Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Aetna account, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Aetna clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed

  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, share best practices, and drive process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Aetna or similar health insurance providers

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
