Key Responsibilities
As an AI Chat GPT - POC, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing AI chatbots using arenaflex Assistant for various use cases
- Integrating with backend systems to connect the chatbot with existing business systems and databases
- Implementing natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance the bot's ability to understand and respond to user inputs accurately
- Training and optimizing chatbot performance by training models and refining responses based on analytics and feedback
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, backend engineers, and business analysts, to align chatbot functionality with business needs
- Conducting user testing and gathering feedback to enhance user experience and functionality
- Creating technical documentation and guidelines for future maintenance and feature upgrades
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, NLP, or chatbot development
- Proven experience with arenaflex Assistant in building and deploying conversational AI solutions
- Strong knowledge of NLP frameworks, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics
- Experience with APIs and backend integrations for chatbot solutions
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in AI-driven applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work remotely in a collaborative environment
