Key Responsibilities

As a 100% Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming customer inquiries and utilizing a proactive sales approach to enhance customer interactions
  • Employing active listening techniques to thoroughly understand customer concerns and deliver effective resolutions
  • Promoting and upselling products and features, articulating their advantages clearly to customers
  • Navigating various computer applications with efficiency and precision
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, services, customer accounts, and billing processes to provide accurate information
  • Projecting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic demeanor in all customer interactions
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding current plans and products, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
  • Identifying and leveraging additional sales and service opportunities during each customer engagement

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED
  • A high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • A quiet, secured workspace free from distractions
  • A professional and positive attitude with courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
