The Opportunity

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our Inbound Call Center Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, helping them resolve their concerns and find solutions to their problems. What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing a positive experience for our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents, making a real difference in the lives of our customers
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • A quiet designated work area at home, with minimal distractions and interruptions
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
