Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Manager / Live Chat Support specialist to lead our customer service operations remotely. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. You'll implement strategies to improve call handling efficiency, oversee live chat interactions, and develop training programs for the team.

Responsibilities
