Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, orders, returns, and product issues, and provide problem-solving solutions in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
