Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development and implementation of advanced data science solutions for retail operations and forecasting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven insights, and implement solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science solutions for retail operations and forecasting

• Design, build, and deploy data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven insights, and implement solutions that drive results
• Develop and maintain complex data pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, and storage
• Design and implement machine learning models, including regression, clustering, and forecasting
• Work with large datasets, including data mining, text mining, and Spark
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and maintain data science models in production environments
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

Requirements

* Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field, and at least 7 years of experience as a data or machine learning scientist

• Proven track record of developing and implementing advanced data science solutions, including regression, clustering, and forecasting
• Strong expertise in data mining, text mining, and Spark
• Experience working with large datasets, including data ingestion, processing, and storage
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, R, SAS, and other relevant languages
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on innovation and growth

Preferred Qualifications

* Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field, and at least 4 years of experience as a data or machine learning scientist

• Experience working with Hive or Hadoop, system learning, text mining, and Spark
• Strong expertise in data engineering, including data pipeline design and implementation
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
• Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning concepts, including linear regression, decision trees, and clustering
