Job Description:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our success by managing and analyzing data from various sources. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform our business decisions. Your expertise will help us make data-driven decisions, optimize our processes, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and analyze large datasets from various sources, including external benchmarking and market research

• Develop and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set targets, develop plans, and measure results
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to junior team members to achieve business results
• Present data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or data science

• Moderate experience in financial analysis, reporting, planning, and business development
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to drive business results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or data science

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive change and implement process improvements
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
• Certification in data science or business analysis, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Business Analyst (CBA)

Skills and Competencies:
